While there are a few common signs of STDs, many STDs are silent and do not show any symptoms.
- Fever and chills
- Pain during urination
- Itching or swelling near or on the genitals
- Pain during sex
- Unusual discharge from the genitals
If you are sexually active, it is a good idea to get tested regularly by your provider.
